PRESS ON NAILS

Are your nails handmade?

Yes, ALL nails are handmade.

 

How do I know the size I need?

You can refer to our Size Guide or purchase our Sizing Kit to ensure the perfect fit.

How long do the nails stay on?

Nails will stay on for up to a few days with the use of nail tabs and one to three weeks with nail glue adhesive. To increase duration make sure you apply each nail properly, reduce the amount of roughness using your hands, and use nail glue if you would like to wear your set for weeks versus an occasion. Nail prep and application  instructions will be provided with sets.

Are the nails reusable?

YES. All nails are reusable if nail tabs are used. If you would like to use a previous set that you used nail glue for application you can drill off the old glue in order to reuse the set.

 

What if the nails I purchased don't fit?

Due to the handmade nature of our product we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have sizing sample packs available and a size guide to help you can find the perfect fit. 

Are the nails strong?

Yes, our nails are made with multiple coats of gel polish to increase nail strength.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, if you are interested in a custom design please locate the contact us tab located on our website to let us know what you have in mind! If the custom design requires products that are not on hand, your order may take longer to ship.

How many nails come in each set and what shapes do you offer?

All sets come with 10 nails in the size you select. As of right now we currently only have long ballerina, but more sets with different shapes will be placed on our website soon.

What comes with my nails?

All nail orders come with a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, buffer, and application/removal instructions.

 

 

GENERAL

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders will take 1-2 weeks to ship due to all products being handmade and the current volume of orders we have at a time. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. 

 

My package was marked as Delivered by USPS but I didn’t receive it.  (Also read below for lost or missing packages)

Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated with the order has been updated,  The Beauty Box Co hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. The Beauty Box Co holds no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

  

Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time it takes to create your order.  

Also due to the nature of our custom handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state.  If so, use the contact us page on the website to leave us a message. Make sure to include an image of the defective or damaged product).

**Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Be aware of our creation time and make sure you size your nails correctly as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.

Also, double check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
